MIKE
Mike Marich is the Founder and President. Originally from Chicago, Garfield Ridge area, Mike received a MBA Degree in Business from Lewis University in Joliet. In 1988, Mike and his wife, Marilyn made the decision to start their own company with the goal of becoming the premier custom home builder in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago. Mike has a keen business sense, knowledge of the building industry, and impeccable attention to quality and design. He is a hands on builder and is on the job sites daily.
MARILYN
Marilyn assists our buyers with many different aspects such as; contracts, and selling of their current home. She will also be with you at your final walk through. Marilyn works closely with the builder making sure your home closes smoothly. Marilyn handles all sales calls that come into the office. Marilyn has been selling Real Estate since 1988 and works for Re/Max.
